2016 YEAR
  • Established Shanghai WeiChu Finance Leasing Co., Ltd.
    The first PIP production line in the world was put into production.
2015 YEAR
  • Established Sichuan Honyu Baiyun New Materials Co., Ltd; 
    Established Sichuan Zhongwu Honyu Technology Co., Ltd; 
    Established Hunan Honyu Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd; 
    Signed the Strategic Alliance Agreement with Zambia-China Economic&Trade Cooperation Zone, and established Honyu Zambia Co., Ltd. 
2014 YEAR
  • Completed the second phase of the 25,000-ton/year high alloy wear-resistant castings project and put into production in Changsha.
    Formed strategic partnership with Shandong Xinfa Aluminum & Electricity Group and jointly founded Shandong XINFA Honyu Technology Co., Ltd to explore the East China market.
2012 YEAR
  • Went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 300345) and became the first listed company in China’s energy-saving and wear-resistant new materials industry.
  • Acquired Hebei Steel Casting Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and established Honyu Dingji Wear-Resistant Materials Co., Ltd in the same year. Thus the company entered into North China market.
2010 YEAR
  • Moved its headquarters from Loudi to Ningxiang Hi-tech Zone, Hunan Province. In the same year, invented the stepped shell liner and developed the first comprehensive high-efficiency, energy-saving solution for ball mill system in China.
2009 YEAR
  • Completed shareholding reform, Hunan Honyu Wear-resistant New Materials Co., Ltd was officially established.
2006 YEAR
  • Established technical cooperation with Central South University and gained investment from CMXJ Industrial Investment, and began to upgrade from a traditional product manufacturer to a technical service provider.
2004 YEAR
  • The company’s patented grinding ball products successively applied in the cement, thermal power and mining industry.
2002 YEAR
  • Formed official cooperation with Central South University and entered the field of wear-resistant new materials, started the research and development of the patented wear-resistant cast iron grinding ball products with Chromium, manganese, and tungsten content.
